X-Mas Greetings from Oslo - Norway

On December 25 it startet to Snow here in the Oslo (Norway) region. More than we expected.

Around Midnight we've had about 52 cm (17 inches) of Snow. As you can see here on our Balconny.

Have a great time and enjoy the rest of 2009.

See you in Oslo 2010? OBG.
PS. Do not bring your Skies or Winter Clothes. There will be now Snow in August. Bring your Swim Suites and curiousity to visit the Viking Capital. Once in a Life Time Chance.

I would hate living in snow country. I would not like it one bit.

Have a terrific day. Big hug to you and Anna. :)

I like snow from inside the house looking out. By the way, 50 cm of snow is equivalent to 19.6 inches which is a lot of snow but not 150 inches. 150 inches of snow is up to your rooftop,

That's a heck of a lot of snow in 1 storm! Nice for Xmas though..and skiing! We need more here as we only have a bit of a base but Dave has gone skiing about 9 times!!

Enjoy the holidays!

Yea, we've had a lovely White Xmas in Oslo these days and more snow to come I've heard.

Btw: Thanks for emphasising that swim suites are more useful than skis at our blog gathering in August!

We're having a relaxing Yuletide in Sweden - I guess you can imagine us sitting in the living room (miss you both!).

You had snow and we had 65 cm of rain...and it's still raining. Oh well it is the Wet Season after all and at least the dams are filling up.

Your Xmas time is the right one! Le Noël provençal reste du domaine de l'imagination!!! Le pastis et l'Aïoli ont aidé à imaginer Xmasfather!

We stood in front of our living room window on Christmas morning and watched it snow, Tor, here in Holland. But the past two days it has been so warm all the snow has melted! But we had a White Christmas! I loved it. :)

A belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Oregon. It's snowing here today but I don't think much will accumulate. The animals hope not.

We do hope that there will not be that much snow in August. And now you are getting the cold too!!! Keep those kitties warm!!! You know what they say, it may take two norwegian summers to melt all that snow. LOL
