Happy Birthday to my Mother - 91 years young - October 12, 2010


We did visit my Mother after work this Day. Brought her some gifts. She celebrated her 91 years of age. Her brain is working like a teenagers. Fantastic. Strong genes in the Family.

PS. There will come reports from our fantastic week with Claudie and Pierre in Provence.

Si i fra når dere nærmer dere Fredrikstad, da!
Kanskje det passer med en kopp kaffe?
Jeg skal forresten til Arles i løpet av skoleåret. En kollega spurte om jeg kunne være med på skolebesøk. Våre felles elever "brevveksler" med franske elever. Nå skal jeg delta i franskundervisningen for å friske opp gamle språkkunnskaper!
Krysser fingrene for at noen fra Heyerdahl-instituttet eller Kontiki-museet skal på en ekspedisjon som vi kan følge med på - eldste sønnen, Eirik, fikk Thor Heyerdahlstipend for å ta mastergrad i verdens kulturarv, forvaltning og formidling, for et par år siden, så jeg har lyst til å spandere en tur på han til hans drømmested!
Vi får se hva det blir til....
