Saturday
This weeks theme is the ultimate WATER - cradle of all life. Humans are searching, and spending tremendous effort in time and money to discover life outside our "green planet". To find life.
My contribution this week is photo from East Washington state, USA . I do hope you can, from this modest picture, see what difference WATER does.
A water hug from all of us here in Oslo;)

Cool Photo. Mine is up too.
I love riding through farm country. The contrast, such as yours, is nice to see. Thanks for sharing and have a nice weekend.
Great picture, and thanks for stopping by :-)
What an interesting photo! I love your sense of humor - as evidenced in prior posts!
I agree with amazing gracie !
Hootin Anni digged out old sovenirs of me when she wrote about the wild west. So I remembered our driving through an Indian reservation in 1971 !! If you have no time to read, then just have a look on Pookie as a Native American house cat, I think that will enlighten your day (even I was surprised !)
Write me an email if you want !
Very good! I like your interpretation! Mine is also up!
Is that a wave? WOW!
I love your choice for today.I have seen very different pictures for WATER.Thanks for coming by to see me.

Use water wisely, shower with a friend.
That is a really neat picture, thanks for sharing it! My water photo is up as well, stop by if you can! Happy Hunting!
Great contrasts there showing the effects of irrigation. Have a great week!
I have a feeling I'm going to love the pictures for today's theme...I LOVE water!
neat use of the theme...cool photo
Is it a water dam? I can't really make it out. My eyes are deceiving me.
By the way, since you asked, the picture you saw here was a montage of my crazy hat photos.
I posted this as an example of what you do when you are bored. LOL
Great take! I'm guessing an irrigation system!
There certainly is a marked difference between the field and that bright green area - we live in a desert area so we have a lot of tumbleweeds and cacti.
Great interpretation of the theme! Mom's been up there many times, and we also live in an area dependent on irrigation (Central Valley of California). Yes, the cradle of all life.
Mom's great grandpa came from Oslo. She's never been back for a visit, but hopes to some day.
Thanks for the visit.
Tara
A water hug from me and Diane to you and Anna - wishing you a great weekend!
Excellent entry, Tor!
Thanks for the water hug =)
Consider yourself tagged with the Music MEME at my place!
Skål!
Thanks for stopping by my site to comment. You seem to be doing just fine with the English language!
That's an amazing photo...
Water, water everywhere! I hope you enjoy your visit with Ingelin and your mother. Sounds like a wonderful time!
It's nice how you refered to water as a cradle of life. Very true! It's amazing how water can make everything flourish.
Thanks for sharing this photo. I think it's a dam of some sort but pardon me if I'm wrong.
Take care!
What a great photo and perfect for this week's "water" theme. Have a wonderful weekend!
Wonderful show :-) Something really different and yet so basic, like watering can make wonders!
The winner of the hat parade is announced!
Don't miss the new port tomorrow - Iceland - or the new event on Wednesday - 1 photo from somewhere you've been and have strong memories from - beautiful or whatever.
Very cool picture!
Thanks for stopping by mine :)
We'd have trouble finding a decent photo of water here...unless it was the river or the ocean. The dams are just about empty. Sad.
Come on and have a walk with us in the Thors wood in Iceland!!!!
...or a long hot steaming bath in the Blue Lagoon all day long....
very cool pic for the theme!
I was just commenting with my hubby this past weekend how the desert southwest could be a rainforest jungle with consistent moisture. Water makes ALL the difference!
Thanks for dropping by my corner. ;)
Hugs,
Holly
thats an excellent shot,Tor!!
