From Fridays Catch. Sweet and delicious. One more Liter.

Just another Day in the Garden.

We have all been busy. Even the 3 Cats.

It's still time for seeding. For the second and 3rd time
Our Dinner. A mix of traditional Norwegian and Asian food. Several natural ingrediants.
Have a Nice weekend everybody
PS. Do you know who won the European Championship in Cooking (Chef's only)? If you don't know the name, from what Nation do you think the Chef is from?

The European Championship in Cooking ... I know some good chefs in Norway. One is called Tor! Ha! Ha!

Tor - it is about 5 hours from Chicago to the Twin Cities by automobile - you would be very welcome and I have plenty of room to host you in my home while are here. :)
