Papa brushed his Teeth and got wet on his Feet
What was going on?
Well Papa did brush his teeth, in front of the Mirror, above the washstand and suddenly get wet on his feet.
To be honest. papa did not understand why (admit after thinking: It happened in India 14 years ago).
Papa bowed down his still young (66) body and what did he observe?
A rusty screw.
So what? That screw did keep the rest of the plumbing at place.
This is what it looked like under the Wash stand. See the missing link?
Result? Alle wet, in the closet under the washstand. And papa with wet feet. Sorry, papa’s wet feet are not available for views;-)
This happenend Friday late evening.
No Plumbers available until Monday.
Papa will fix. Monday to come first in the morning.
Luckely we have another Restroom....

Around here we would wait for the plumber. If hubby tries to fix this kind of thing it's costs twice as much to repair the original issue and then what he messed up. I'm glad you have more than one restroom.

This is the kind of thing Astrid would have loved to fix, Tor, if she had all the proper tools. HA! I'm sure you'll show us when we get there. :)
Ooooops! I know the feeling since it happened me this autumn... not a rusty screw, it was something else broken in between the pipes... no repair until after the weekend that time too! I wonder why things always breaks right before a weekend or holiday? *giggles*

Jeg oppdaga noe merkelig nettopp... satt og mimra først med reisebilder på facebook, så på reisebloggen - og der oppdager jeg mange kommentarer jeg ikke har fått beskjed om på mail, har blitt lagt inn!
Skikkelig kjedelig å ha fått hilsener jeg ikke har svart på!

Fikk klarsignal om at 6 elever ( ungdomsbedrift) og jeg får representere på Europamesse i Bratislava de siste dagene i mars.
Nå blir det mye reisevirksomhet i tida framover. Malekurs i Elne før påske, og fotturer på vest Tenerife, ganske så snart - Egyptturen blir det jo ikke noe av!
Håper det blir ordna forhold der raskt ;:OD)

Well, that is NO FUN AT ALL!!! (lol) Seriously, I'm sorry you are having problems with leaks and wet feet....With a house, it is always something, isn't it?
