Five days in Paris - Introduction
Dear reader, I have been travelling again. This time to Paris in April. The trip was a gift to myself: A retiree-gift so to speak.
Back in 1967 I worked the whole Summer in Societe General (Bank). Think, it was 45 years ago.
I lived in Rue Blanche 51. A few minutes walk down from….
Moulin Rouge
With Sacre Coeur
…. and a splendid view over Paris (Click to read Paris History)
Much more to come….

You disappeared, Tor. No posts, no visiting...I'm glad to know you are okay, and that you gave yourself a WONDERFUL trip to Paris...! It must have been so good to be back in places you knew so well...! HAPPY RETIREMENT, my dear.
I knew you were retiring so I figured that you would be taking a trip somewhere, and I was right. Good for you.
Have a terrific day. Big hugs to you both. :)
I learned something new, you lived in Paris before I was born.. Wow! I love the views from high above and of the Eiffel. And that is the most wonderful Retirement present! My wish right now is to take Cammie with me when I retire..
:) Love the post, keep it coming!
Ahhh Paris in the spring, how lovely! And while you were in Paris, I was on a short vacation in England.
Aren't we lucky that we can travel and see the world?
En stad jag gärna skulle besöka. Har bara varit på cykelsemester i Al sace..
I love seeing things I've visited, Tor, through your eyes. How fun!
Congrats on your retirement! Enjoying following you on your travels, keeps the pics coming
