June 2011 report from Oslo, Norway

Hi, new and old readers, you might have noticed I’v been more or less absent as commentator and blog writer for several Months. Due to severe and bad Internet Connections. Hope it will be better when we return from our Summer Vacation.
Here are some Photos from the last weeks in our Winter Home and some from our first Days in our Summer House.

OK, we have at last moved out to our Summer House with Rosa and Felicia. Here they are above. Felica on top. Both on the Roof of course. They are Manx Cats;-)

You know we love Flowers.  To the Right: Anna working with the Herbs and under our selfmade  Barbeque;-)

We will miss this view when away, but Family and Friends on the other side of the Pond really matters for us to see and visit in real life. Cats will be taken care of, even our car and Summer House,  by Niklas.

Saturday Morning we will head for The Windy City and many weeks in North America visting Family and Friends. I hope to bring some short posts from our Travel.

So stay tuned to short reports from allmost Coast to Coast during July 2011.

Last news : A sensation: The Kitten has left her Cradle

This evening Felicia’s only kitten this year went out on her own for the very first time.
3 weeks young and very well protected by her Mother.

Here in Oslo we have lot's of Snow this Winter. And our kitten Mister, as you see,

he is dreaming of Summer and a Green Spot to relaxe. Here you see him in his indoor Garden. He is a very smart Kitten.

TORsday - It's all about kittens

Dear readers,

it seems my Internet connection is working so far this evening. I cross my fingers.

Many have asked me to give a closer presentation of Felicia's Kittens.
So buckle on and scroll down.

He is the only B & W among the sieblings. Very active and charming and cosy. We call him Mister.

He has no Tail. A real Manx Cat. With long back legs, he is still a bit clumpsy. But you should have seen him when running like a Rabitt. Wow - he is very fast to be 44 Days old.

As Mother as Daugther - looking the same direction - and remark their patterns

They love to play - here Brother Shorty and Sister Candy.
Why do we call them Shorty and Candy?
He has no Tail - with other words Shorty
Her Tail - looks like a liquorice bar

Hi Brother, what to do next?
- Let's use our clows
-Why?
- These Humans needs a new Chair and Sofa
- yippi, we do that

And they did.

He is without Tail. She has.

Hmmm - could this be Normal?

It is all about Kittens - or?

Yes, it is for the time beeing---

After 3 week struggling with Modem and Internett connections, well,  what else to present but New Life, Hope and staying positive?

The Kittens  born Dec 1,  are so active we have to separate.

Both Anna and Papa.

And Felicia and her her sister Rosa.

Hence, Felicia's kitten. the Male without a Tail, like his Mother. Real Manx. Very vivid and loving Humans.. We hope we will find the right Humans for him.

She is so alike her Mother, except she has a Tail.

What is this? The Kittens seems to adorePapa's toes. What's about Papa. LOL.


The 3 Kittens are very healthy and livly. Sometimes so lively at Night we have to keep them apart from their Aunt Rosa. i.e. Rosa and Anna sleeps in a separate room.

All people that have some knowledge about Cats, do know how Smart and Clever they are.
They Rule.

You see my Cats really hae taken my mind - besides my Internet connections since Dec 17 last year has been a disaster.

Kittens - short message - ABC - T will be delayed

This Night around 2 AM Felicia had her first kittten:
Dead by Birth. Tradic - tragisk
Around 4 am: Her second
Alive
4:45 am Papa goes to bed
There might be more kittens

At 3 pm Felicia got her 5. Kitten. The 4 last are well alive.
