Where can you see this Famous Painting?

Not easy, if you do not know the Name of the Painter, nor where on this Planet Earth this Museum is situated. Photo taken with my iPhone. So please excuse med for the quality of the Photo.
One Clue: Capital
Some of my readers did answer very close last week. The Premium for the most correct answer is still to be drawn. It's worth more than €50. The value is still more the doubble.

Wordless Wednesday - 2009-11-18

Woman at the Pump - Sculpture in Oslo, Norway.
Also the title of one of Knut Hamsun's about 50 Novels.

150 years ago, the Norwegian Writer Knut Hamsun was born. In 1920, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature "for the epic, Growth of the Soil.
He is still very disputed in his homeland Norway. Said to have some sympa with national socialists, known as the German Nazi's. There is no doubt he was fascinated by German Culture, which in his youth included the most renown European Composer, Painters and Poets.

I have read all his novels, poems and plays. Nobody has revealed humans better than him. And in such a fascinating way. With deep insight and humour as well.
As an Author he was brilliant. Nobody disputes that fact.

You might see the sculputure at top when participating at the
Oslo Blog Gathering 2010.
